Just A Closer Walk With Thee
You Raise Me Up
When I am down,
Oh my soul,
So weary
When troubles come
And my heart burdened be
Then, I am still and wait
Here in the silence,
Until you come and sit
Awhile with me.
When I am down,
Oh my soul,
So weary
When troubles come
And my heart burdened be
Then, I am still and wait
Here in the silence,
Until you come and sit
Awhile with me.
You raise me up,
So I can stand on mountains,
You raise me up,
To walk on stormy seas,
I am strong,
When I am on your shoulders,
You raise me up,
To more than I can be.
You raise me up,
So I can stand on mountains,
You raise me up,
To walk on stormy seas,
I am strong,
When I am on your shoulders,
You raise me up,
To more than I can be.

The voice of the Lord is upon the water.
The God of glory thunders, the Lord
upon many waters.
The voice of the Lord is powerful.
The voice of God is full of majesty. Let
us praise the name of the Lord!
Lean On Me
Ooo Ooo Ooo
Sometimes in our lives
We all have pain
We all have sorrow.
But if we are wise
We know that there’s always
tomorrow
Lean on me,
When you’re not strong
And I’ll be your friend
I’ll help you carry on
For it won’t be long
‘Til I’m gonna need
Somebody to lean on
Please, swallow your pride
If I have things
You need to borrow
For no one can fill
Those of your needs
That you don’t let show
Lean on me,
When you’re not strong
And I’ll be your friend
I’ll help you carry on
For it won’t be long
‘Til I’m gonna need
Somebody to lean on
So just call on me brother,
When you need a hand
We all need
somebody to lean on
I just might have a problem
That you’d understand
We all need
Somebody to lean on
Lean on me,
When you’re not strong
And I’ll be your friend
I’ll help you carry on
For it won’t be long
‘Til I’m gonna need
Somebody to lean on
If there is a load
You have to bear
That you can’t carry
I’m right up the road
I’ll share your load
If you just call me
Call me
Call me
Call me
Let It Be
When I find myself
in times of trouble
Mother Mary comes to me
Speaking words of wisdom,
Let it be
And in my hour of darkness
She is standing right in front of me
Whisper words of wisdom,
Let it be
Let it be,
Let it be,
Let it be,
Let it be
Whisper words of wisdom,
Let it be
And when the
broken hearted people
Living in the world agree
There will be an answer,
Let it be
But though they may be parted
There is still a chance
That they may see
There will be an answer,
Let it be
Let it be,
Let it be,
Let it be,
Let it be
There will be an answer,
Let it be
Let it be,
Let it be,
Let it be,
Let it be
Whisper words of wisdom,
Let it be
And when the night is cloudy
There is still a light
That shines on me
Shine upon tomorrow
Let it be
I wake up to the sound of music
Mother Mary comes to me
Speaking words of wisdom,
Let it be
Let it be,
Let it be,
Let it be,
Let it be
There will be an answer,
Let it be
Let it be,
Let it be,
Let it be,
Let it be
Whisper words of wisdom,
Let it be
Passing The Peace
Change My Heart, Oh God
Change my heart, oh God.
Make it ever true.
Change my heart, oh God.
May I be like you.
Change my heart, oh God.
Make it ever true.
Change my heart, oh God.
May I be like you.
You are the Potter.
I am the clay.
Mold me and make me.
This is what I pray.
Change my heart, oh God.
Make it ever true.
Change my heart, oh God.
May I be like you.
You are the Potter.
I am the clay.
Mold me and make me.
This is what I pray.
Change my heart, oh God.
Make it ever true.
Change my heart, oh God.
May I be like you.
As The Deer
As the deer panteth for the water
So my soul longeth after Thee
You alone are my heart's desire
And I long to worship Thee
You alone are my strength,
my shield
To You alone may my spirit yield
You alone are my heart's desire
And I long to worship Thee
You're my friend
And You are my brother
Even though You are a King
I love You more than any other
So much more than anything
You alone are my strength,
my shield
To You alone may my spirit yield
You alone are my heart's desire
And I long to worship Thee
I want You more than gold
Or silver
Only You can satisfy
You alone are the real joygiver
And the apple of my eye
You alone are my strength,
my shield
To You alone may my spirit yield
You alone are my heart's desire
And I long to worship Thee
And I long to worship Thee

Acts 19: 1-7
Scripture Taken from the Holy Bible
Today’s New International Version
Mark 1: 4-11
John the Baptist Prepares the Way
4And so John the Baptist appeared in the wilderness, preaching a
baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins. 5The whole
Judean countryside and all the people of Jerusalem went out to
him. Confessing their sins, they were baptized by him in the Jordan
River. 6John wore clothing made of camel’s hair, with a leather belt
around his waist, and he ate locusts and wild honey. 7And this was
his message: “After me comes the one more powerful than I, the
thongs of whose sandals I am not worthy to stoop down and untie.
8I baptize you with water, but he will baptize you with the Holy
Spirit.”
Mark 1: 4-11
The Baptism and Testing of Jesus
9At that time Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee and was baptized
by John in the Jordan. 10Just as Jesus was coming up out of the
water, he saw heaven being torn open and the Spirit descending
on him like a dove. 11And a voice came from heaven: “You are my
Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased.”

The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name,
Thy Kingdom come,
thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory,
for ever and ever.
Amen
Just A Closer Walk
With Thee
Just a closer walk with Thee;
Grant it Jesus is my plea.
Daily walking close to Thee;
Let it be, dear Lord,
Let it be.
I am weak but thou art strong;
Jesus keep me from all wrong.
I’ll be satisfied as long
As I walk,
Let me walk close to Thee.
Just a closer walk with Thee;
Grant it Jesus is my plea.
Daily walking close to Thee;
Let it be, dear Lord,
Let it be.
Through this world
Of toils and snares,
If I falter Lord who cares?
Who with me my burden shares?
None but Thee,
Dear Lord, none but Thee.
Just a closer walk with Thee;
Grant it Jesus is my plea.
Daily walking close to Thee;
Let it be, dear Lord,
Let it be.
When my feeble life is o’er
Time for me shall be no more.
Guide me gently, safely o’er
To Thy Kingdom shore,
To Thy shore.
Just a closer walk with Thee;
Grant it Jesus is my plea.
Daily walking close to Thee;
Let it be, dear Lord,
Let it be.
Thank You
for coming and we will
see you next week!
