“PLUG INTO CEDAR CREST” – In the card rack

card titled “Plug Into Cedar Crest.” Its purpose is
to gather information from guests, attendees and
church members who are interested in knowing
more about the ministry here at Cedar Crest.

Because food will be served, you must
have a ticket for only this part of the
event. We are currently out of tickets. If
you received a ticket and are not able to
attend the 6 to 8 pm party, please return
your ticket to allow someone else to take
your place. If you would like a ticket,
contact Julie Sebastian in the church office
and she can add you to the waiting list.
Note: If you did not get a ticket and will not
be able to attend the Party, we encourage
you to come to the ”Walk Through Time
line” and “History Alive! Presentation.” It
will be worth your time!

CAFÉ HUNGER
Wednesday, November 19
5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Activity Center
Café Hunger is a yearly service project
sponsored by the Trailblazer and
Pathfinder Pioneer Girls’ Clubs.
The
money raised from the evening will go to
needy families. A ziti dinner is planned
and will be served by the girls. The dinner
is open to everyone and a donation is
requested to support our cause.
CEDAR CREST BFC BLOOD DRIVE
CCBFC will be sponsoring a MillerKeystone blood drive on Saturday,
November 29 from 8 am to 1 pm. There
will be a table for sign ups on November 9,
16, and 23. For more information, contact
either Eugene Anderson or Pastor Scott.
CHURCH LIBRARY will be closed on
Sunday, November 16th.
ZION CHORAL IN CONCERT
...at CCBFC November 23 at 3 and 7 p.m.
Celebrating its 85th year, the theme is
"Bow The Knee". The 120+ member
choir represents more than 25 local
churches; four members are from CCBFC.
A love offering will be received.

and 2020 Vision Presentation
Note: There will be no Sunday School.
Kid’s Worship and nursery will meet during
this time in their usual locations.
We are still looking for people to assist the

Friday (am & pm); Saturday (am only)
– Tear down – We are looking for six
strong men to help move the items in
the Chapel on Sunday, 11/16 at 2 pm.

CARE NET LV PART TIME POSITIONS
Care Net LV has two part time positions
available. The Nurse manager position is
approximately 20 hours serving the Easton
and Bethlehem offices - 4 days at 5 hours.
The Staff Nurse position is approximately
10 hours covering both Allentown offices –
2 days at 5 hours. If you would like a copy
of the position descriptions forwarded to
you, contact Linda in the church office.

Our Worship Services:
Heritage Service (8:30 a.m.) – blends hymns and praise songs. This service is led by a worship leader
and choir, and accompanied by organ, piano and occasional orchestra.
Celebration Service (11:00 a.m.) – features current worship songs and contemporary hymns. This
service is led by a worship team and accompanied by a worship band.
Parents: There are Kid’s Worship programs during the 11:00 Worship Service for Preschool through
5th graders! Sign-in for these programs is at the Kid’s Welcome Kiosk outside of room 108 in the
educational wing. Nursery is available for children up to age 3 during all services in rooms #105 - 107.
A special room for Nursing Mothers is located across from the restrooms of the Worship Center. If
you have a restless child, please take your child to the foyer or hallway where you will still be able to
hear the service. We also provide a quality nursery and would be happy to care for your child while you
worship.

GriefShare’s Surviving the Holidays offers
hope, help and practical guidelines about
how to make it through the upcoming
season. Surviving the Holidays will meet
on Monday, November 17, at 7:00 p.m. in

All Children’s Ministry Leaders are invited to
join us for a time of training, fellowship, and
prayer. Learn new ideas, hear about
exciting upcoming events and be
encouraged by testimonies of what God is
doing in the lives of boys and girls. All
Children’s Sunday School teachers,
Wednesday club leaders, and Kid’s Worship
leaders will benefit.

presents The Christmas FX.

time of small group family devotions – and

LEHIGH VALLEY-WIDE FAMILY
NIGHT OF PRAISE AND PRAYER
On Sunday, November 16 from 5 to 7 pm a
Family Night of Praise and Prayer will be held
at Calvary Baptist Church, 5300 Green Pond
Road in Easton. The purpose will be for folks
from churches throughout the Lehigh Valley to
unite in prayer for revival and a spiritual
awakening in our nation. Childcare will be
available for infants through four years. You
may register for child care at

They are also looking for singers for a
combined choir. To participate in the choir,

UPDATE ON 2015 FAITH COMMITMENT
We praise the Lord that 188 Faith
Commitment forms have been received for a
total of $128,164 towards our 2015 outreach
efforts.
FOOD BANK NEEDS
Food Bank needs your help once again to
meet the needs of the 90+ families we serve
monthly. Drop-off sites are inside the ramp
door and Worship Center main entrance.
Needs: Canned soup, canned or boxed
potatoes, tuna, chicken, hash, or other canned
meats, and cold cereal and instant oatmeal. If
anyone has a large upright freezer in good
working condition that they would like to sell or
donate, please call Sandi or Bruce Tagg.
Thank you to LCA for collecting 460 cans of
food (soup, tuna, etc.) for our Food Bank.
CATCH THE VISION
“Catch the Vision Night” at Forks Community
Bible Fellowship will take place on November
22 at 5 p.m.. This will be an evening of great
food and inspiring testimonies of people who
caught the vision for Forks Community
Church. Learn first hand about their progress
and future plans. If you plan on attending this
