He is a graduate in marketing and a Fellow of The Customer Service Institute of Australia. His clients value his practical strategies, tools and insights. Iven shows his clients how to: “give customers an experience they can’t get anywhere else, so they won’t go anywhere else”. From Iven’s session, you will take away: the 5 practical things you can do now to boost revenue how to close the gap between customer expectations and experience how to use social media to improve trust and sales. There will be a Q & A session with Iven at the end of his presentation and so bring along all your questions about marketing and selling issues you are facing in your business. What else? There will be round table discussion about your business concerns Hand outs on practical issues to do with our topic A business book review relevant to our topic A short, ‘legal spotlight’ on a significant issue helpful to business people Free legal advice from our lawyers at the end of the meeting Door prizes. How much? There is a $20.00 door charge per person to cover room hire and the meal. Please pay this 'at the door'. At the end of the meeting, if you leave without taking away at least one great idea to turn around your business, then you can get a refund of your $20.00 on the way out - no questions asked! And what about the tiger? This Business Club is all about looking at your business 'through the eye of the tiger'. Remember: "It's the eye of the tiger, it's the thrill of the fight, rising up to the spirit of our rival, and the last known survivor stalks his prey in the night, and it all comes down to survival". Hope you can make it on 30 January for an enjoyable and informative time together. As you look afresh at your business with the help of others, you never know what might leap out!
