Chicken Marsala Filleted chicken breast in a Marsala wine & mushroom sauce. Chicken Parmesan Breaded chicken breast topped with mozzarella cheese and baked in marinara sauce. Prime Rib Whole Prime Rib of Beef marinated in olive oil, garlic, thyme and rosemary and slow roasted until medium rare. Served with au jus. This deposit is non-­‐refundable and may be paid by check, cash or credit card. The final payment is due 7 business days prior to the event. There are no exceptions to this policy. Payment may be made by bank check, cash or credit card. 7 business days prior to the event, a floor plan and seating plan must be provided with any additional information necessary to prepare for your event. Any favors, place cards, guest book and pen or additional items to be used for or during the reception should be delivered at that time along with instructions on placement. Events are scheduled with a five (5) hour time block. Overtime fees will be based on full hour increments above the five hour limit at a rate of $500 per hour. Please note that overtime may not always be an option and is subject to approval by management. We request that all food selections along with your final count of guests which is your guaranteed minimum be made 7 business days prior to your event along with your final payment. Please note that you will be responsible for the reported number of guests or the actual number in attendance whichever is greater. All prices are subject to a 19% service charge and an 8% New York State sales tax charge. These charges are subject to change without notice. Champagne Toast Dinner Choice of House or Caesar Salad You may select 3 dinner options from our menu. All entrees are served with choice of potato or rice pilaf and choice of vegetable, dinner rolls and butter, coffee and tea. The Royal Package includes draft beer, wine, soda, after the open bar, for the remainder of your reception. Tall silk floral centerpieces for all tables, a choice of linen colors, votive candles, and a private reception room for the bridal party are included. Your package also features decorative ceiling draperies and lighted trees. The head table is beautifully decorated to your color scheme. Silver or gold plate chargers on all tables and white satin chair covers complete the setting. Other options are available. Premier Wedding Package (Buffet Banquet) Cocktail Hour You and your guests will be greeted with a beautiful display including a Cash or Tab bar, and a display of chef’s assorted cheese & crackers and vegetables. A pasta station rounds out the cocktail hour with cheese filled tortellini, penne, and tri-­‐colored bow-­‐tie pasta with marinara, Alfredo and pesto sauces. Cocktail Reception A Cocktail Reception can be set-­‐up in our Grand Ballroom, Terrace Lounge, Terrace Patio or Pavilion, or our Board Room. Your event can begin at any time. Hors d’oeuvres are passed by tray, served buffet-­‐style or a combination of both. Our menus include Pasta and Carving Stations as well as a variety of delicious hot and cold appetizers, fine cheeses, breads, fruits and crudités. You may choose a traditional bar, with an assortment of liquor, mixers, wine, champagne and soft drinks or custom select the drinks of your choice. The price for a cocktail reception depends upon selection of liquors wines and beers and the choice of menu items.
