Simple recipes provided and a sample shopping list and meal plan. Presented by your In-Store Dietitian Julia and Chef Terry, in collaboration with Comfort Keepers. November 4, 10 – 12 pm | Zehrs® South Cambridge Diabetes Cooking Class Free to attend! Learn to make simple, delicious, and balanced recipes to help manage living with diabetes. Sample each recipe and ask Chef Terry and Dietitian Julia questions about cooking and nutrition. This class is hosted by your In-Store Dietitian, and an optional store tour will follow the class. November 12, 5 – 7 pm | Zehrs® South Cambridge Grocery Store Tour: Holiday Shopping Made Easier for People with Diabetes Free to attend! Shop with our dietitian this season and lean how easy it is to make healthy and convenient selections to keep you feeling satisfied while on the road. November 18, 6 – 7 pm | Zehrs® Cambridge Centre November 26, 1 – 2 pm | Zehrs® South Cambridge Cooking Classes Cost: $15 – Adult Class $12 – Teen Class Join Chef Terry and In-Store Dietitian Julia to learn healthy recipes and nutrition tips and tricks for making simple yet delicious meals.
