saturday february 21st Positive Coaching Let’s continue learning and improving every time we come out here. If we continue to learn, we will get better. Getting better than we are now is more important than whether or not we are better than some other team. We can also think of this as competing with ourselves; if we get better than we used to be, then we are winning that competition. Awards Schedule Individual Session 1 level 4 Awards for our meet will be based on individual athlete perfomance. We will be following the four awards system, where each athlete receives a ribbon on each event based on their scores for level 4-8. 9:30 Warm-Up 9:45 Compete 11:00 Awards Session 2 level 4 AA Medals 12:00 Warm-Up 12:15 Compete 1:00pm Awards AA medals based on individual performance. Team Awards Session 3 level 5-8 Team awards will be a little different than other meets you have attended. We will be giving away airplane trohpies. Each athlete will recieve their own trophy.
