Use this form when reporting that Bolagsverket has registered you in an enterprise or association on
false grounds. We can remove you free of charge, if we receive your reply within three weeks from the
date you received notification that you have been registered in the enterprise or association. If you have
been removed from the register on false grounds, you should contact the enterprise or association in
question.

Fill in your details or details of the enterprise which wants to be removed from the register as an official. State
the personal identity number (if you do not have a Swedish personal identity number fill in date of birth
(YYYY-MM-DD) and name or the registration number and business name. Fill in your email and phone
number as well.
