Entries must comply with the criteria for the category in which they are applying • Entries must comply with health and food hygiene standards and be safe for sampling by the judges. • The bread must be baked ready for eating on arrival. Bread that is severely under-baked, damaged or technically unsafe will be rejected and therefore NOT judged. • The bread must not contain any identifying marks. Entries must be made on the official entry form and reach Mrs Bethan Davies no later than 17 November 2014 accompanied by the correct entry fee. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. 2. DELIVERY OF EXHIBITS Exhibits must be staged between 8.15am and 9.00am on Monday 1st December or Tuesday 2nd December (depending on which day your competition is taking place) in readiness for judging at 10.00am. 3. COLLECTION OF EXHIBITS Exhibits from Monday must remain on display for the two days of the Show and must be collected between 4.30p.m. – 5.30p.m. on Tuesday 2 December 2014. Any exhibit left in the centre after 5.30 p.m. will be disposed of as the Society sees fit. 4. Companies with ten or less employees only are permitted to enter this event. 5. Entries must be entered by a registered food business. 6. No Responsibility Will Be Accepted By The Society For Loss Or Damage To Exhibits Or Any Part Thereof, During The Show. The Society Will Not Be Responsible For The Loss Of Any Item In Transit To, Or From The Show. 7. Packaging may be branded. Exhibitors may forward company advertisements / information / leaflets which will be displayed next to their exhibits after judging. 8. Ice Cream and chilled products which will be stored at -18° or 5° respectively. Products not held at the temperature required by law (Food Safety Act 1990) must not be sold. 9. Prizes will be awarded or withheld at the discretion of the judges whose decision is final. 10. Protests Any protest must be made in writing and handed to the Assistant Honorary Director within two hours of judging, together with a deposit of £25.00 which will be returned if the protest is upheld. 11.
