• Ring reception with the date you require
• Special Rates for guests booking a bedroom
• CALL RECEPTION ON 01772 338551
• £10 deposit, 4 weeks prior to your chosen date full payment required
• A £10 per person deposit must be paid at the time of booking. If the date
of the event you are attending is less than 4 weeks away, payment must
be made in full. All monies to be paid in 1 transaction.

If full payment is not made one month prior to your party date the Pines Hotel have the right
to cancel your booking with no refund.
The position in the room of your table can only be a request. Largest party will have priority,
taken in order of booking.
No drinks allowed on the dance floor, H&S rules.
Any party bringing their own drinks will be asked to leave.
