A traffic split will be in-‐place in the southbound lanes from Oak Hill to 1.5 miles north of HWY 138. The split traffic lanes will continue with anticipated completion date by November 30, 2014. Crews continue k-‐rail installation, excavation, hauling and paving on both NB and SB directions. Lanes have been reduced to 4 lanes from 5 lanes in the NB direction between Kenwood Ave. and Cleghorn Creek Bridge. The right shoulder will not be accessible for approximately one mile. Night time work will begin as early as 6 p.m. (southbound) and end by 9 a.m. (northbound). Daytime work will occur from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The freeway shoulder along the project limits is for emergency vehicle access only. Automobiles blocking emergency response vehicles may be cited.
