Instrument cases can go in room 48 or in auditorium seats 9:00 Rehearsals begin 10:30 Break - choir 10:45 Break - band 11:00 Rehearsals resume 12:00 Lunch - band 12:00 NWCC choir performance in NPA 68 12:30 Lunch - choir 1:15 Rehearsals resume 2:30 Break - choir 2:45 Break - band 4:00 Rehearsals end – head back to Worland SATURDAY, NOV 22 6:45 a.m. Meet at WHS band room & Load Buses and Equipment 7:00 Leave for Powell (bus will be in the Middle School parking lot) 8:30 Arrive at NWCC 9:00 Rehearsals begin – breaks are determined by the conductors 12:00 Lunch 1:00 Set up stage for choir rehearsal 1:15 Choir rehearses on stage, band changes for the concert 2:00 Band warm-up in band rm. (NPA 68) 2:30 Concert begins – Choir then Band 3:30 Concert ends – leave original parts or music at the college 5:45 Arrive back @ WHS/WMS parking lot Things to bring (this is your check list – please check it): 1.
