Procedures
ETFO Members Please read carefully for details.
Selection Criteria:
All ETFO members attending are responsible for a registration fee of $50.00. All costs including workshops and materials,
travel, shared accommodation, meals, release time and dependent care are covered in accordance with provincial
guidelines.
• Only a completed application form accompanied by the release time form and all applicable fees will be considered
in the selection process.
• Please complete the online writable PDF application forms. You may type on the forms, save and email to
[email protected], or print a copy of all forms, fax or mail to Priya Fernando, ETFO Conference
Liaison by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 10, 2014.
• Each local will be allocated six (6) spaces for members who have not previously attended the … and still we
rise conference.
• As part of ETFO’s ongoing efforts to provide leadership training for members of designated groups, 10 spaces are
being provided for these members.
Selection Process:
Applications will be selected in the following order from those received by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 10, 2014:
• Six (6) applications per local of those who have not previously attended as participants.
• Remaining applications of those who have not previously attended as participants will be selected.
• Selection for this conference will be confirmed no later than Friday, December 19, 2014.
Non-ETFO Members
Registration Fee for Non-ETFO Members:

Non-ETFO members are responsible for paying their own accommodation for the event at the special
conference rate of $200.00 per night.
Only a completed application form accompanied by all applicable fees will be registered.
