We are west of the Jail and Work Release Buildings. Please enter DRC through the Public Entrance on the east side of the facility. Public parking is available on the south side of the facility. Hours: DRC is open from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm daily for walk-in services and referrals. DRC closes on Thanksgiving and Christmas each year, but is open for all other holidays. Payment: Payment is expected at the time of service. DRC accepts cash only. DRC does not accept coins and does not give change. Other Requirements:  Clients are required to have photo identification to complete any service at DRC.  Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  Clients are limited to 4 attempts per day for UA testing. There is a required 30 minute waiting period between each attempt. All UA testing must be completed by close of business each day.  DRC staff reserves the right to refuse service to any client based upon inappropriate dress (no revealing clothing or clothing with inappropriate language/pictures, including references to drugs and or alcohol) or behavior, non-payment of services, or a lack of proper photo identification (state issued ID’s and passports are acceptable).  DRC staff is not responsible for unattended children. Children are not permitted in the UA bathrooms. Clients should not leave their children unattended in the DRC lobby at any time.
