PROCEDURE FOR REMITTANCE OF FEES FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE TO REGISTER IN PS-II
DURING SECOND SEMESTER 2014-2015.
1.
Dues slip for the Second Semester 2014-2015, is available at the SWD website.
(http://www.bits-pilani.ac.in:12349 and http://swd).
2.
ALL REMITTANCES SHOULD REACH THE ASSOCIATE DEAN, STUDENT WELFARE DIVISION,
BITS – PILANI – 333 031 ON OR BEFORE TUESDAY, the 06th of January 2015.
3.
All remittances are to be made through Net banking OR ICICI Challan using swd login.
Acknowledgement of Fee/Dues remittances will be available on swd website.

4.
ONLY THE STUDENTS WHOSE REMITTANCES ARE NOT ACKNOWLEDGED AT SWD WEBSITE BY
LAST DATE, ARE ADVISED TO CARRY ALONG WITH THEM A PHOTOSTAT COPY OF THE
REMITTANCE AND PRESENT IT TO THE PS-II FACULTY AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION ON THE
12th of JANUARY 2015.
5.
The grade card will be released at the time of your registration, along with the
registration card.
6.
Fee receipt will be sent to the PS Faculty for distribution to the PS students.
7.
Please remember that the Insurance cover against personal accident/ hospitalization is

FEE PAYMENT PROCEDURE AND OTHER INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS
REGISTERING ON CAMPUS FOR SECOND SEMESTER 2014-2015.
1.
Dues slip for the Second Semester 2014-2015, is available at the SWD web site. (http://

3.
ALL REMITTANCES SHOULD REACH THE ASSOCIATE DEAN, STUDENT WELFARE DIVISION,
BITS – PILANI – 333 031 ON OR BEFORE, TUESDAY, the 06th of January 2015.
4.
Only the students whose remittances reach S.W.D. on or before 06th of January 2015 will be
cleared for registration. The students thus cleared may go to the Registration Advisor
straightaway and complete their registration through the normal process.
5.
Those who do not make the payment on or before 06th of January 2015 will normally have to go
for late registration, as their remittances will be accepted only after the first registration date. The
students are advised to take necessary steps to make the payment well before the due date. No
payments will be accepted on the day of registration.
6.
The grade card will be released only on the date of registration, along with the Registration Card.
7.
Fee payment receipts will be sent to the hostel rooms a week after registration, tentatively by the
20th of January 2015.
8.
DATE OF REGISTRATION FOR ALL STUDENTS WHO HAVE CLEARED THEIR DUES
WILL BE THE 12th of JANUARY, 2015.
9.
If you are under the purview of ACB or a Backlog student and have paid your dues in time, you
are advised to come for advance interaction and for getting benefit of correct academic guidance
as per schedule given below :

If you do not come as per above mentioned schedule you will have to go straight for registration
without this academic guidance and will have to register only for the package given to you. In
case you are an ACB probation student and do not turn up for interaction, you may not be
permitted to register for the semester.
