CHRISTMAS TIME CHANGES FOR MASS AND CHURCH OPENING
Church will close after the 12 noon Mass this Sunday, 28th December and there will be no Vespers
or Benediction. There will be no 8am Mass on Monday, 29th December but there will be a 12.10pm
Mass as usual. There will be a Mass with Hymns and Carols at 12.10pm on New Year’s Day the
Solemnity of Our Lady, Mother of God. Again the church will open for Mass but otherwise will be
closed all day and there will be no Exposition or Confessions.
CHILDREN’S LITURGY OF THE WORD
There will be no Children’s Liturgy of the Word at the 10.30am Mass on Sunday 28th December or
Sunday 4th January. We begin again on Sunday, 11th January.

Evangelium/RCIA for those interested in the Catholic Faith. Wednesday at 7pm in the
Upper Room. EVERY WEEK

SVP for helping those with various difficulties especially loneliness or material deprivation.

Legion of Mary for the spiritual formation in the spirit of Our Lady and practical and

and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7pm in the Upper Room. EVERY FORTNIGHT

Theology on Tap a group meeting for a meal, a drink, a talk and discussion of faith and
religion. First Tuesdays at 7pm in the Royal Oak, Goodramgate. EVERY MONTH

Ascent a group for older people meets in the Upper Room at 12.45pm on the last
