FAQ for Wolfnet customer who use our “Webmail” from the Manawa Telephone website:
Will I get a new email address/password?
No. Your current email address/password will remain the same.
Will I lose my emails?
No. Messages in the webmail will be transferred automatically.
Will all of my contacts be automatically moved over to the new system?
No. There is a step-by-step process that you will need to do to save your contacts.

How will the move to the new system affect my Google Calendar?
You will need to use Google Takeout (https://www.google.com/settings/takeout) to pull the contacts and data out
of Google and move to the new system.
Will my documents created & saved in Google Docs still be accessible in the new system?
No. You will need to use Google Takeout (https://www.google.com/settings/takeout)to pull the data out of Google
and move to new system. What you do with it from there is up to you.
Will items purchased in the past through Google Play (such as apps, games, or music on a smart phone or
tablet) be migrated over to the new system? Google will reach out directly to customers who have made
purchases with these email accounts.

(Outlook, Thunderbird, Windows Live, Apple Mail, etc)
Will I get a new email address/password?
No. Your email address/password will remain the same.
Will I lose my emails?
No. Anything saved in an email program like Outlook will remain exactly where it is.
Will all of my contacts be automatically saved?
Yes – They will be retained with your desktop or device email system (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc).
Will I still be able to use my smartphone to access my email?
Yes, just not in a Gmail app. You will configure your email as an IMAP (recommended) or POP3 account.

Step 1 – Open your
webmail from
Manawatelephone.c
om
Step 2 –
Click on Mail Arrow
Step 3 –
click on My Contacts.
Step 4 –
Click on MORE Tab,
then click EXPORT
Step 5 –
check ALL CONTACTS,
then check vCARD
format, then click
EXPORT
Step 6 – Your
CONTACTS are now
saved in your
computer to be
retrieved later
Step 7 – After
Monday Jan 12, you
can open your
webmail and
proceed to retrieve
your contacts
Step 8 –
Click on Contacts
Step 9 –
Click on MORE tab,
then, click on
IMPORT
Step 10 – To find
your downloaded
Contacts, Click on
the START button,
and then type in the
word CONTACTS.
Step 11 – The folder
will appear with
your CONTACTS file.
Click on this file and
hit OPEN.
Step 12 – The file
will load and then
you click on the
IMPORT button
Step 13 – Your
Contacts will be
automatically
loaded. You are now
done.
