GPCA PLASTICON 2015
EVOLVING GCC CONVERSION | PROSPECTING NEW HORIZONS
CONRAD HOTEL, DUBAI | 10 – 12 JANUARY, 2015
The plastics community will meet for the sixth time at GPCA
PlastiCon 2015, from 10 – 12 January, 2015, in Dubai.
The annual event provides an up-to-date view on trends and
developments in the regional and global plastics industry,
including detailed information on resin demand, future growth,
end use patterns and new investment opportunities.
GPCA Plasticon 2014 was a success, with the conference
programme offering informative papers, generating knowledge
sharing discussions and hosting over 300 industry attendees
from companies including Borouge, Taghleef Industries, Alrajhi
Holding, Astra Polymer Compounding Co. Ltd, Chemaweyaat,
Dow Chemicals, Equate, Muntajat, Napco, Orpic, QAPCO,
SABIC, Sahara, Savola Plastics, S-Chem, Tasnee, Zamil
Chemplast and many more.
Focusing on the growth of plastics conversion both globally
and in the GCC countries, GPCA PlastiCon 2014 highlighted
the key role of innovation in new product development and
applications.
GPCA PlastiCon 2015 will take the agenda of being a
platform for the development of the downstream industry
by showcasing the value our regional producers bring to the
converters. Our agenda this year will cover commentaries and
discussions on latest trends (local, regional and international)
in markets, technology and product groups.
The knowledge sharing and best practice exchange sessions,
with plenty of networking opportunities, will cut through the
mass of information about the plastics industry’s development
and allow companies to unleash the full potential of the
Plastics Value Chain in the GCC region.
GPCA PlastiCon 2015 will focus on core technical and
commercial aspects of the conversion industry. Company
specific plans will be discussed and technology experts will
showcase innovative products and solutions. All this will
create a beneficial forum for the industry designed to help
you improve your knowledge and review and benchmark your
plans against regional and international best practices.
The topics discussed this year include:
• Innovation in Plastic Resins and Hi-tech Polymers
• Trends in Global Converting Technologies
• International Markets and Price Developments
• Market Strength Through Joint Developments
• New Investment Opportunities
Our flexible and compact agenda will ensure there is always
plenty of time set aside for discussion and interaction amongst
attendees and speakers.
