MENORES DE EDAD/ 미성년자/ MINORS En el caso de niñas, niños, adolescentes o personas que se encuentren sujetas a tutela jurídica conforme a la legislación civil deberán presentar la solicitud de visa firmada por madre y padre, o por quienes ejerzan la patria potestad o la tutela. Si la solicitud es presentada por uno de los progenitores deberán presentar autorización notarial del otro progenitor que autorice a tramitar la visa. Cuando acudan solos o con un tercero mayor de edad, deben presentar documento otorgado ante fedatario público o por autoridad que tenga facultad para ello en el que conste la autorización de ambos padres o de quienes ejerzan sobre ellos la patria potestad o la tutela. If the visa application is delivered only by its father or its mother, it is mandatory to submit a notarized authorization from the other parent. If minors or persons requiring legal guardianship attend by themselves or someone different to their parents, it is mandatory to submit a notarized documentin which their parents or legal guardianship authorize the visa application. De acuerdo a la Ley y su Reglamento, la visa mexicana le permite a la persona extranjera presentarse a un lugar destinado al tránsito internacional de personas y en el filtro de revisión migratoria y solicitar su ingreso a territorio nacional. La presentación de visado no garantiza la internación a territorio nacional. La internación a México está condicionada a la aprobación de las autoridades sanitarias y migratorias en el punto de entrada, las que podrán verificar en todo momento los requisitos establecidos en las disposiciones jurídicas aplicables en el filtro de revisión migratoria.
