The events include: (1) Ladder Golf, (2) Dodgeball, (3) Badminton, (4) Ping-Pong, and (5) Water Polo. Competitions take place on Monday, January 26th. Sign Up early! See Mr. Swedlund for more details. Drama Club is sponsoring a Classic Movie Event at the Broadway Theatre on Friday, January 23 at 2:00 pm. Admission is free for the musical “Into the Woods”. Sport Sacks are available for purchase to take with you-sign up sheet is available outside the kitchen foors the morning of the away trip and will be delivered to the locker room prior to departure for your game. Sacks include Sandwich choice of the month, Chips, Fresh Fruit, Cookie and Bottled Water. Price is $4.00 and will be deducted from your positive lunch account. Attendance Misc. for ALL students: **Anytime a student leaves the campus, he/she must sign out in the central office and sign back in upon returning. **All absences for any reason require a note from parent or doctor-notes must be turned in to the central office within 2 days of return to school, or the absence will be considered a skip. **REMINDER TO ALL STUDENTS: Backpacks, purses, bags, etc. are not allowed in classes unless exempt for medical reasons (must be cleared with Mrs. Lybert and Mrs. Koenig). Hats and coats are not to be worn in classes either-no exceptions. The applicant must be a U.S.citizen and a senior in high school. The local contest will be held on February 11th in Wausau. The local winner will then compete at the state contest on March 15th. 1st place at the local level is $600 and winner at the state level will receive an additional $20,000+. Registration forms may be obtained from the guidance office or Social Studies Dept.
