Our 10ha in the Helderberg comprises manufacturing, treatment and warehousing facilities. Our fleet of delivery vehicles
deliver throughout the Cape Town and Boland regions.
We are a direct local employer of over 50 valued people with decades of experience in timber.
This document lists the majority of our products. In addition, our extensive production facilities allow us to manufacture

Approximate coverage of 15m2 per litre depending on density. 2 to 3 coats are recommended.
Notes:
It is critical that the supporting structure of a deck is correctly built to SABS specifications and designed according to the load to be carried.
Poor performing decking can mostly be attributed to a poorly designed and constructed support structure.
It is vital that all decking is oiled shortly after installation and that this is maintained throughout the life of the deck.

Quality timber
Our structural timber is sourced DIRECT from the Southern Cape plantations which produce the best quality structural
pine in South Africa. The majority of our structural tiumber is FSC certified from sustainable plantations.
CCA Treatment
CCA is the standard water based preservative treatment prescribed by law on all timber used in construction. It imparts a
green/brown colour to the timber.
Clear treatment
SABS TBTN H2 Treatment on structural is available on order. This requires a lead time of approximately 3-5 days.
Untreated structural is also available ex stock or on order.
Planing , cutting and ripping of timber
We are able to plane to SABS standard planing sizes if a completely smooth finish is required. This is done on order only
and requires a lead time of approximately 3-5 days.

CORRECT METHOD OF PLANTING POLES
 If a treated pole or post is planted in the ground it is essential
that you allow for drainage of rainwater.
 Do not enclose the planted end of the post in the concrete.
 If you need to use concrete then let the concrete form a collar
around the post with the end of the post protruding through
the concrete.
 If you plant the post on concrete at the bottom of the hole, let
the concrete set before planting the post.
