PARENTS’ DAY RE-‐ENROLMENT for 2015 – 2016 ACADEMIC YEAR Dear Parents, 27th January, 2015 Parents’ Day: We trust you all received our SMS notification about the Parents’ Day being postponed to 31st January, 2015, from 09:00 am to 13:00 pm. Scheduling an appointment with your child’s teacher/s is still available via the electronic booking system, although the date on this system will still reflect January 24th. Please ignore this date. We contacted the company and they confirmed that once appointments had been made, the date cannot be changed on the system. You can easily enter this online appointment system from our homepage on our website at www.oxford.edu.kw. We urge you to use this system as it is very user-‐friendly and convenient. Please note that 2 of our teachers will unfortunately not be available on Saturday, as they had already made prior arrangements to travel. These teachers are: Ms. Zainab Hassan (Year 2E) Ms. Diana Soryal (Years 3 – 6 Art) Please make appointments through the school office to see these teachers after school on any day that suits you. Please note that due to limited time (10 min), no exam papers will be discussed. Re-‐enrolment: Secondly, we wish to inform you that re-‐enrolment for the 2015 – 2016 Academic Year has now started. Due to limited class sizes and class numbers for next year, we urge you to re-‐enroll your child/ren as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Once our classes are full, we will not be accepting any further registrations under any circumstances. So please act NOW!
