of communication. When used appropriately, email is a powerful and useful business tool. The intention of this
course is to provide you with tips and tools to ensure your business emails are efficient and effective.
Learn how to improve your writing style by incorporating a clear statement of purpose, plain English, simple
expression, and engagement of the addressee. This introductory course is essential for employees across all
levels of the organisation wanting to improve the expression used in their emails and to produce high standards of
writing.
It provides an excellent starting point to writing emails that communicate exactly what you need to and achieve
your results and objectives.
