Boot Camp combines power moves and plyometrics for an intense workout that will make you stronger and faster. This is a great class for those looking to push themselves to the next level. Cardio Kickboxing: Monday 11:30 a.m. If you are looking for a butt kicking workout, cardio kickboxing is for you! During this class, you’ll sizzle your booty through punches, kicks, toning exercises and abs in a tough, total body workout. CEW (Command Express Workout): Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6:30 a.m. This 45-minute class is designed to provide you with the strength, stability, power, endurance and flexibility that you need as you move through your life. This class can also assist you in improving your PRT scores. Participants will use basic functional movement patterns such as pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, rotating and carrying that you use everyday. Chisel: Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. This full body weight training workout hits all of your muscle groups using bands, dumbbells, body bars and your own body weight to build, tone, define and “chisel” your body into a new physique. Core Fitness Plus: Monday & Wednesday at 9 a.m. This class provides an intense full-body workout where dumbbells and stretch bands are used for toning. Cardio work is low impact without all the jumping and bouncing. Core Fitness Plus is great for the exercise novice! HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training): Thursday at 11:30 a.m. High Intensity Interval Training will keep your body guessing and take your endurance to a new level of fitness. Class includes short, repeated and challenging bursts of exercise with a short break — and then you’ll do it all over again. You will leave this class knowing that you made the most of your hour. Ripped: Thursday at 4:30 p.m. High energy workout that masterfully combines an easy, yet effective, cardiovascular routine interlaced with weights and resistance. It’s fun, created for all fitness levels, and will produce results you are looking for. CAN YOU HANDLE GETTING RIPPED? Spin: Tuesday & Thursday at 9 a.m. This indoor cycling class provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Participation in the spinning program will enhance your speed, strength and stamina, improve your overall physical health and increase your caloric burn. Stroller Aerobics: Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 10 a.m. Being a parent doesn’t have to cramp your workout style! Bring your baby and join us for a great workout incorporating cardio, weight training and core strength. Sweat RX: Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. An interval class that mixes body weight exercises, calisthenics, cardio and strength training, This class is designed to push you to new limits. The class will still be fun and most of all, you will get your sweat on!!! Turbo Kickboxing: Tuesday 4:30 p.m. A high energy mix, combining kickboxing techniques, strikes and boxing drills. Powerful music and a great fat burner for all fitness levels. Vinyasa Yoga: Friday at 9 a.m. During this class, you will flow from pose to pose, linking movement with breath to build stamina, strength and flexibility — all while calming the mind. Yoga Restore: Monday & Wednesday at 6 p.m. Slow down with Yoga Restore. Stretch and strengthen your joints and muscles at a calm, relaxing pace. Zumba: Friday at 11:30 a.m. This class is a fusion of Latin and international music. Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO”. Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the mind and body. For more information, call 433-3928.
