QuickVTR is billed by the maximum records (Recs) returned by TxDMV per month service level.
Recs above or below the next smaller service level are handled automatically with the correct
service level selected for the next contract service term. Recall Recs to the QuickVTR Server for
same day through 7th day TxDMV Recs are free. The Recall Recs, VIN Verify, and accurate
billing are the reasons for QuickVTR’s 0% excess rate compared to 20% average experienced by
TxDMV MVInet.
