OPERATIONAL CONTRACTS MTC has 39 contracts within its Corrections division including: • 25 management contracts at private correctional facilities in Arizona, California, Florida, Idaho, Ohio, New Mexico, Mississippi, and Texas. • 14 contracts to provide health and dental care to inmates in California, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, and Ohio through MTC Medical. MTC has 22 contracts within its Job Corps division including: • 18 full management contracts at Job Corps centers in 15 states. • 4 management sub-contracts at Job Corps centers in 2 states and the District of Columbia. MTC has 1 contract within its Economic & Social Development division including: • 1 contract to upgrade existing training programs and establish new market-driven training programs in Pakistan. MTCnovo, a joint venture between MTC and United Kingdom company Amey operate 2 contracts in the UK: • MTCnovo provides rehabilitation services to approximately 40,000 probationers and parolees in London and the Thames Valley.
