Growing Leaders Session – 23rd March, 2015 8.00pm, St James Church, Gerrards Cross This is an opportunity for us to hear from one of the most fruitful and experienced leaders in Uganda. He is Archbishop Simon Peter Emiau. He leads the fastest growing denomination of Christian Evangelical Churches in Uganda, The Pentecostal Assemblies of God. Simon Peter is a superb leader and will be in the UK at St James that week. He has agreed to talk with us about the PEP programme that he has pioneered with his churches in E Africa. PEP is based entirely on scripture and it has succeeded in awakening and mobilising local churches who in turn help their communities go through holistic transformation. At St James through their Love Africa initiative serving people with HIV/AIDS, PEP has been the most effective programme they have been associated with over the past 7 years.
