Jack consults with the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home and they say he has a deep understanding of the issues they confront on a daily basis. He is a nationally known scholar who lectures, consults, and writes on the African-American family. He is also internationally known and has given numerous presentations on almost every continent. He received his Masters Degree in Social Service from Syracuse University. He has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Risk Manager, & Certified Professional Insurance Agent designations. He also received his Master of Business Administration from Western Michigan University. Dr. Robert Springate is Vice President for Public Relations for Missouri Baptist Children’s Home and Chief Operations Officer for the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home Foundation. He began working at the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home in 1985 after serving on their board of trustees for twelve years. He is a certified trainer in both planned giving and estate planning. He received his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Wayne Crull is the Principal at WD60, a business consulting group, in St. Louis. Wayne has also been Vice President of New Business Development at the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home, CEO of Edgewood Children’s Center, COO of Great Circle and an Adjunct Professor at Lindenwood University. Wayne earned his Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
