1.5 oz Ålander Spiced Rum 1 oz Cachaça 1 oz pineapple juice 1 oz orange juice ½ oz Triple Sec Splash Rose’s Lime Juice Splash Rose’s Grenadine Splash of Ginger Ale Put ice and all ingredients in glass, stir. Garnish with an orange slice and a cinnamon stick. DARK & STORMY •

2 oz Ålander Spiced Rum ½ oz fresh lime juice 3 oz ginger beer (this is a non-­‐alcoholic soda, kinda like ginger ale) Fill a Collins glass with ice, add rum and lime; fill with ginger beer. CUBA LIBRE • 2 oz Ålander Spiced Rum • 1 lime • Coke Squeeze lime into a Collins glass, add ice and rum. Drop in half of spent lime and fill with Coke. EASY & OSKEY COBRA KAI (HTTP://EASYANDOSKEY.COM) • 2 oz Ålander Spiced Rum • 2 oz fresh sour • 1/8 t Easy & Oskey Habañero Bitters, or to taste Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a small Collins glass. Garnish with lime wedge. Sour mix recipe: Heat 3 cups water and 1 ½ cups sugar until sugar dissolved. Add 6 oz. lime juice and 6 oz. lemon juice. Whisk in 1 t citric acid and 1 T dehydrated egg white until blended. www.farnorthspirits.com 1 CABLE CAR • 1.5 oz Ålander Spiced Rum • 1.5 oz sour mix (see above) • 1 oz honey simple syrup (2 parts honey dissolved in 1 part hot water) • .5 oz Cointreau or Orange curaço Shake with ice and strain into martini glass. PEACH BLOSSOM • 2 oz Ålander Spiced Rum • 1 oz fresh lemon juice • .5 oz simple syrup (or juice from canned peaches) • 1/2 peach, sliced (fresh or canned) • Soda water Muddle peach and simple syrup (or canning liquid) in the bottom of a shaker. Add rum and lemon juice. Shake and fine strain into an ice-­‐filled collins glass. Top with soda water. BOOTLEG – the drink of the Gold Coast country club set (or so they tell me….) • 2 oz Ålander Spiced Rum (note: this also is delicious with gin) • 2 oz Bootleg mix (see below) • Soda water To make the mix, put 1 can frozen limeade and 1 can frozen lemonade in blender with a handful of fresh mint. Blend and store in airtight container in fridge for up to one week. DAIQUIRI • 2 oz Ålander Spiced Rum • .75 oz lime juice • .5 oz simple syrup Shake with ice and strain into coup glass. ÅLANDER RUM PUNCH -­‐ 12 servings • 3 cups Ålander Spiced Rum • 1 cup Luxardo Marachino • 1 cup Cointreau • 12 oz lemon juice • 9 oz simple syrup • 2 quarts dry sparkling wine • 1 quart soda water Put all ingredients except soda water and sparkling into punch bowl; add ice mold. Add soda water and sparkling. 1.5 oz Solveig Gin 1 oz Dolin dry vermouth 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice ½ oz fresh lime juice ½ oz simple syrup 1.5 oz cucumber water (peal and puree English cucumber with water and strain through fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth) Put all ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice, shake and strain into glass over ice. 2.5 oz Solveig Gin ½ oz fresh lemon juice ½ oz simple syrup 5 basil leaves Muddle basil and simple syrup in cocktail shaker; add lemon juice, gin and ice; shake, strain and pour over ice. NICK & NORA •

3 slices cucumber, 3 mint leaves, pinch of salt muddled in cocktail shaker Add 2 oz Solveig gin ½ oz fresh lime juice ½ oz simple syrup Add ice and shake vigorously; strain into chilled coup glass. ALPENGLOW •

2 oz Solveig 1 oz fresh blood orange juice ¾ oz simple syrup Combine with ice in glass, top with tonic or seltzer and garnish with rosemary. SOLVEIG GIN & TONIC A grapefruit wedge or cucumber spear instead of a lime is sublime. Get the best tonic you can find, like Fever-­‐Tree or Q Tonic. A premium spirit deserves a premium tonic that is made without artificial flavorings and sweeteners. SOLVEIG GIN SOUR •

2 oz Solveig Gin ¾ oz Aperol 1 oz lemon juice ¾ oz simple syrup 1 egg white (optional) Add all ingredients into mixing glass egg white and lemon juice first. Shake without ice for 15 seconds to emulsify egg white. Add ice shake for another 30 seconds. Strain into glass. FRENCH 75 •
