Botto's Smoked Italian Sausage with Penne Pasta Great on the grill or with your favorite pasta One pack of Botto's Smoked Italian sausage One clove of garlic diced One tablespoon of diced onion Two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil One diced plum tomato One cup chopped baby spinach Five fresh basil leaves chopped Heat olive oil in sauté pan Slice smoked sausage on angle half inch thick Add sausage, onion, garlic to pan and sauté until onion and garlic lightly brown Add diced tomato and let simmer for two minutes Add basil and spinach and toss with favorite cooked pasta Season with salt, pepper and fresh grated Parmesan
