Epping Forest District Council has informed the Town Council that as a result
of technical problems on its website, access to the Loughton Neighbourhood
Plan Consultation was delayed until 13 February 2015.
To NOTE that the District Council has therefore extended the consultation
period by a week until 27 March 2015.
