Club Membership Fees
The St Kingsmark Bowmen and Chepstow Athletic Club fees will be due for 1 st April 2015. Details of monies
due from each member will be sent out shortly. If you wish to pay by standing order or instalments please
contact our treasurer Carol at [email protected].
Club Indoor Shoot
Well done to Lesley Wason for winning January's club indoor shoot. Congratulations to runners up Steve
Phillips who came second and Malcolm Davies and Aubrey Murphy for coming joint third.
If you can't make Fridays and want to participate please let Chris Barber know or email [email protected]. The final shoot for this indoor season will be on Friday 20th March. The prestigious
handicap improvement trophy will be awarded to the winner at the upcoming annual general meeting on
Wednesday 25th March.
Annual General Meeting
Another reminder that the next Annual General Meeting will be held at the Caerwent Community Centre
on Wednesday 25th March 2015.
At the last AGM the committee members were re-elected en-bloc but according to our constitution "7.5 All
Officers shall be eligible for re-election."
So, at the next AGM the following committee posts will be open for re-election:

Outdoor Season
The 2015 outdoor season starts on Wednesday 1st April at Chepstow Athletic Club – weather permitting of
course! Shooting starts at 7pm on Wednesdays and Fridays and at 2pm on Sundays. The indoor venues at
Caerwent and Beachley will be available until Wednesday 8 th April and Friday 10th April respectively.
50th Anniversary
Another reminder that in 2016 St Kingsmark Bowmen is celebrating the 50 th anniversary of its affiliation to
the Grand National Archery Association!
The club is planning to host a medieval style tournament in The Dell, near Chepstow Castle, on the bank
holiday Monday 29th August 2016.
If you're interested in organising, contributing, taking part or helping out in any way please let Ann know.
There will be an opportunity to discuss the topic at our Annual General Meeting.
