Protecting You and Your Business
Let’s Learn from the Mistakes of Others
As a certified fraud examiner and Partner with Skoda Minotti, Frank Suponcic
has worked over 100 forensic cases over his 25 year career in the area of
litigation support. Over that time and during his investigations, he has
encountered and seen a lot. Nothing is more entertaining than listening to,
and learning from, Frank’s first-hand and real life investigations.
On March 27, 2015, Frank will be taking us inside real life forensic cases.
From how the initial fraud was detected, to compiling the case and establishing
how “good” individuals took liberties with company cash through the respective
case’s conclusion. Frank will point out pitfalls to avoid and suggesting fraud
prevention recommendations to consider in an effort to minimize the likelihood
Frank Suponcic, CPA, CFE, CFF
of becoming a fraud victim.

JM Performance
Products Plant Tour
Location: 1234 High Street,
Fairport Harbor
Date: March 25, 2015
Time: 7:30a – Meet in Lobby
Host – Andrew Rowley, President
About the company: Originally
founded under the name J&M
Machine, Inc. we recently changed
names as our focus changed.
Established in 1966, with only a
handful of machines and a family’s
desire to be more than the
stereotypical job shop, J&M
Machine was founded. Since that
time, JM Performance Products
has firmly established itself as a
model shop leader for manufacturing
development, and quality control of
precision turned parts.
Our facility was constructed in
1991 with the foresight and
capabilities to provide for the
continued growth of JMPP in
equipment, resources, and square
footage. It is engineered to allow
the interfacing of a computerized
process environment, which will
assist us in our plans to become a
truly paperless manufacturing
plant. Our computer technologies
allow for traceability of the
manufacturing processes on a realtime basis. Utilizing our advanced
scheduling system, we can
determine production flow and
calculate process time to the
minute. By artificially changing
selected variables in the schedule,
we can determine the necessary
requirements to accommodate
customer demands, and see the
effects of change on a schedule
before it happens.
In order to stay technologically
ahead in this field, JMPP continues
to enhance and refine its
technology, quality, and production
methods through research,
March 2015
education, and advanced
equipment. With the combination
of our skilled, team oriented
craftspeople, JMPP’s state-of-theart equipment, and futuristic
innovativeness, our common goals
of customer satisfaction and being
the “next generation”
manufacturing company, can be
accomplished.

Wednesday, May 20th – Build Your Marketing Toolkit
Many small businesses and organizations find themselves seeking the right strategies to make their
marketing efforts as effective as possible. But with so many different marketing activities that they

activities that help a small business or organization to achieve its goals and objectives. One important
campaign type that many small businesses or organizations have likely run, but would like to learn
more about, revolves around Offers and Promotions. These could be a simple coupon or a Facebook
campaign. You may be considering joining forces with a deal provider and you’re wondering what you
should be looking for in a deal or offer that matches your needs. This session will help you learn what
you need to know about successful deals, and how you might use them for your marketing efforts.
Attendees of this presentation will learn:
· What three things you really want to get with your deal
· The different types of deal you might run
· 5 steps to a great offer
· Start building your own offer and understand the 5 Don’ts of Deals
