Beginner Yoga
The beginner yoga class is the basics of yoga. It is an introduction to basic poses and flows. Beginner's as well and experienced yogi's can develop their alignment in
poses and breathe control during this class.
Boot camp
Variety, fun, and intensity is the name of the game. If you want to be pushed hard, get strong, and achieve new fitness goals, this is the class for you. This class is
taught by a variety of personal trainers that each bring their own flavour and personal best to make you sweat.
Boxing Club
Teaching the fundamentals (footwork, speed, timing, power and cardio) of boxing in a group setting.
Cardio Intervals
Just as the name suggests, this class will give you everything you need to get into shape and keep fit!!
Cardio Sculpt Express
An emphasis on resistance training, functional fitness and cardiovascular exercises will be the focus for 45 minutes of challenging and fun routines. All fitness levels are
welcome!
Core ‘n’ Sculpt
A challenging workout focused on abdominal and core.
Cyclefit Express
A cycling workout done on stationary bikes and led by an instructor. Great music and guided drills help you to get the most out of this high-intensity cardio class.
Express Cycle Fit is 30 minutes.
H.I.I.T
High intensity interval training alternates periods of short intense anaerobic exercises with less-intense recovery time in between – all are welcome to participate!
Kickboxing
This high-energy, total body workout will improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. Combines aerobics, boxing and martial arts. All levels of fitness
are encouraged to participate.
RIP
Grab a body bar or our new plates and bars and get ready for an hour of fun and fitness. High reps and great music will push you to a new limit.
Skip, Sculpt ‘N’ Tone

Movements are simple, but intense, &provide cross-training including athletic drills, challenging agility, power & speed.
TBS-Total Body Sculpt
Use of weights, bands, and stability balls gives these classes a muscular endurance component ensuring a total body workout.
