The injuries were such that he though he would have to pull out of the imminent Scottish Kick Boxing Championship finals in Dundee. As you can imagine after all the training and achievement so far the thought of not being able to reach the final goal was unacceptable. Trevor saw him for three sessions and after them not only was he able to fight, he won in 40 seconds and became Scottish K1 Champion. Eamon Cramb fought Chris Duncan from Aberdeen Combat Centre on October 11th 2014 for the Pro K1 78kg WKA Scottish Title. Eamon won against the reigning champion with a deadly spinning kick only 40 seconds into the first round. It was a great performance from Eamon, who kept his cool whilst under some serious fire from Chris. Well done to both fighters, and congratulations to Eamon! Eamon has now moved to Hong Kong to teach there. An amazing achievement. for a young man full of determination and drive. A further testament to the amazing power of Bowen Bexters® Soda Crystals: New name – same benefits by Helen Mary Perkins, exclusive distributor UK and Europe Lectric Soda Crystals, a natural remedy first endorsed by Tom Bowen, have had a makeover. Recommended by many Bowen therapists for use at home to enhance treatment, the crystals have been re-named in line with the Australian supplier. Now called Bexters®, the bold new packaging has a more contemporary image that better reflects the crystals’ features and benefits. Used by athletes and sportsmen to relieve pain and swelling caused by injury or over-exertion, professional therapists have also reported good results when used at home alongside clinical treatment. Having discovered the crystals while living and working in Australia, Bowen therapist Helen Mary Perkins was determined to make them more widely available when she returned home where she became exclusive distributor for the UK and rest of Europe. Since 2013 she has been a registered Bowtech instructor. The Bexters® formulation remains unchanged and responding to demand, Helen has created a larger 800g sachet, alongside the popular handy-sized 200g option. The crystals can be used in a bath or foot spa, as a soak to ease muscle aches and pains, or with a purpose-designed applicator wrap to treat localised swelling, around the knee or ankle, for example. A selection of applicator wraps is available in a variety of sizes for adults and children, made from hard-wearing cotton for easy laundering and re-use. The sachets are re-sealable, easy to store and more portable for those who wish to carry them around in a sports bag. Bexters® is one of several specialist products available from www.bowensuppliesbyhelen.com where more information and testimonials can be found. 2015 LONDON - SOUTH - SOUTH WEST - SOUTH EAST 2015 6th & 7th June 4th & 5th July REVISION 23rd & 24th May TBA MODULE 6 * 18th & 19th April MODULE 5 * * 11th & 12th July 5th & 6th September MODULE 4 * * 30th & 31st May 25th & 26th July November/ December TBC MODULE 3 * * * 13th & 14th June 10th & 11th October TBA MODULE 2 * * * 9th & 10th May 22nd & 23rd August TBA April 2016 TBA MODULE 1 * * * 4th & 5th July 28th & 29th November March 2016 TBA 11th & 12th June 2016 TUTOR * * 23rd & 24th May 17th & 18th October January 2016 TBA 23rd & 24th April 2016 LOCATION * * 12th & 13th September 21st & 22nd November 5th & 6th March 2016 MICHAEL PATRICK MICHAEL PATRICK * 11th & 12th July 17th & 18th October 16th & 17th January 2016 LONDON LONDON ELLEN COBB 27th & 28th June 26th & 27th September 5th & 6th November ELLEN COBB FARNBOROUGH MICHAEL PATRICK 12th & 13th September 24th & 25th October FARNBOROUGH LONDON NICOLA HOK 17th & 18th October * * 26th & 27th September 25th & 26th April * 7th & 8th November 13th & 14th June * 28th & 29th November TBA 9th & 10th May & JOHN WILKS JOANNE FIGOV LONDON ELLEN COBB * 22nd & 23rd August BOURNEMOUTH FARNBOROUGH * 11th & 12th July MIDLANDS - NORTH EAST -NORTH WEST LESLEY BAXTER * 23rd & 24th May 3rd & 4th June 2016 19th & 20th May 2016 7th & 8th June 2016 * SHEFFIELD JAN WILLIAMSON 16th & 17th May 15th & 16th April 2016 7th & 8th April 2016 26th & 27th April 2016 5th & 6th September * * 27th & 28th June 12th & 13th September * * 22nd & 23rd August 23rd & 24th October 25th & 26th April * TBA 9th & 10th January 2016 30th & 31st May * TBA 13th & 14th February 2016 18th & 19th July * TBA 2nd & 3rd April 2016 29th & 30th August 2nd & 3rd May TBA 14th & 15th May 2016 10th & 11th October 6th & 7th June SCOTLAND 13th & 14th June * GOOSTREY, CHESHIRE LESLEY BAXTER 19th & 20th February 2016 25th & 26th February 2016 1st & 2nd March 2016 * SHEFFIELD HELEN PERKINS 8th & 9th January 2016 14th & 15th January 2016 19th & 20th January 2016 NORTHAMPTON 13th & 14th November 19th & 20th November 24th & 25th November JACQUI HOITINGH HELEN PERKINS 2nd & 3rd October 1st & 2nd October 13th & 14th October EDINBURGH TREVOR GRIFFITHS PETERBOROUGH 4th & 5th September 10th & 11th September 15th & 16th September EDINBURGH JACQUI HOITINGH HELEN PERKINS EDINBURGH JACQUI HOITINGH LEICESTER BRUSSELS BELGIUM * denotes course dates that have passed.
