Antipasto Platter/Cheese Platter with Jalapeño Jelly
A tempting assortment of various imported and local smoked and
cured meats & cheeses accompanied by pickled vegetables, olives,
garlic herb table water crackers, and fresh bread. Served with our
homemade red pepper jalapeño jelly.
Shrimp Ceviche
Take it back to San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua with this age-old family
recipe. Shrimp, orange, lime, tomato, and bell pepper are just some of
the flavors that go into this refreshing and tasty dish.
Black Bean Salsa w/ Homemade Chips (v)
Black beans, northern beans, tomatoes, onions, assorted bell peppers,
cilantro, chipotle peppers in adobe sauce. Served with oven-baked
whole wheat tortilla chips.
Spinach Artichoke Dip (v)

Go Greek with these insanely delicious mini turkey meatball bites.

Churrasco Bites
Grilled flank steak, served with a choice of Chimichurri Sauce or a
Jalapeño Cream Sauce.
Mini Mashed Potato Crabcakes with Dijon Dill Aioli
Mashed potatoes combine with lump crabmeat to make a melt in your
mouth taste sensation!
Creamy Fried Plantain Bean Dip (v)
Mami Claudia’s recipe! Layers of fresh refried beans, yogurt, fried
plantains, and fresh mozzarella cheese. Served with plantain chips. A
touch of hot sauce makes this incredible appetizer even better.
Freshly Prepared Guacamole (v)
Haas avocados, plum tomatoes, jalapeño, red onion, thick-cut bacon,
blue cheese, cumin, lime. Served with oven-baked whole wheat tortilla
chips.
Freshly Prepared Salsa (v)
Fire-roasted tomatoes, onion, garlic, cilantro, and a few other secret

Soups & Salads
Caprese Stack (v)
A Vino Family tradition. Vine-ripened tomato rounds, topped with fresh
mozzarella, fresh basil, oregano. Drizzled with balsamic vinegar and
olive oil and finished with a balsamic reduction. Served with rounds of
Italian bread.
Caesar Salad (v)
The classic salad done the right way. Anchovies optional.
Turkey Chili (v)
Turkey, diced tomatoes, dark red kidney beans, sweet corn, peas are
just a few of the flavors that go into this crazy good chili. Topped with
fresh cheddar, cilantro, green onions, and a dollop of sour cream.
Vegetarian option available.
Lentil Soup (v)
Lentils, onions, bell peppers, thyme, and white wine. So tasty!
Mexican Tortilla Soup (v)
What happens when a cilantro-infused baked chicken breast is
combined with classic Mexican flavors like cumin, coriander, cilantro,
and fresh corn tortillas? Something very special, indeed. Each bowl is
topped with fresh avocados, homemade tortilla chips, fresh shredded
cheddar cheese, and a dollop of sour cream. Vegetarian option
available.

Garden Salad (v)
A bountiful selection of local, seasonal veggies atop chopped romaine
lettuce.
Fall Salad (v)
Candied pecans, endive, frisee, radicchio, red pear, shaved parmesan.
Served with a maple balsamic dressing.

Eggplant Parmesan (v)
Grandpa Jack Vino’s recipe. Eggplant rounds, delicately breaded and
pan-fried combine with layers of cheese and the famous Vino Family
gravy (red sauce). Baked until the cheese is golden brown.
Lasagna (v)
Probably the world’s greatest lasagna ever created. Italian sausage
and ground turkey are sauteed, and then added to a homemade red
sauce. Lasagna noodles, a ricotta-egg-parsley mixture, and plenty of
cheese are carefully layered to create a taste sensation. Vegetarian
option available.

Grilled Churrasco Steak w/ Homemade Chimichurri Sauce and/
or Jalapeño Cream Sauce
Nestor honors Nicaragua with this marinated local flank steak, grilled
to perfection. Served with a choice of Chimichurri Sauce or Jalapeno
Cream Sauce, or both!
Nestor’s Magically Grilled Chicken Breast
Chef Nestor, aka The Chicken Whisperer, does something to grilled
chicken that many have tried to emulate, but none have achieved. We
think he has special powers.
Pan-Seared Pork Chops
Local pork chops, pan-seared and topped with a Granny Smith Apple
and onion compote.
Achiote Herb Pork Tenderloin
Local pork tenderloin is first rubbed with a special blend of spices, pan
seared, and then braised in a homemade barbecue sauce. So tender
and moist, it almost hurts.
Homemade Mac and Cheese (v)
A broiled tomato is placed at the bottom and homemade breadcrumbs
at the top of individual ramekins of mac and cheese.
Chicken Francaise
Another Italian classic done right. Local chicken breasts, breaded and
pan-fried. A butter, white wine, and lemon sauce make the chicken
melt in your mouth.

Grilled Stuffed Portobellos (v)
Large portobello mushrooms stuffed with a pesto, parmesan, sun-dried
tomato, and panko mixture. Topped with mozzarella cheese and grilled
to perfection.
Chicken & Shrimp Jambalaya
Chicken, shrimp, onions, and vegetables are caramelized and cooked
down in a cast iron pot in this rice-based Bayou favorite.
Baby Back Ribs
A full rack of baby back ribs are first braised and then finished on the
grill for a nice, crispy exterior. Whoa.
Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork
Local pork shoulder, cooked low and slow for a minimum of 12 hours
until it falls of the bone. Served with homemade barbecue sauce.
Korean-style Grilled Bulgogi Beef
Flank steak is cut into cardboard-thin strips and then marinated in a
Korean-style barbecue sauce. Ask about our Bulgogi Beef Burritos!
Tilapia Fish Tacos
Orange, olive oil, white wine, and butter marinated tilapia filets and
then broiled until crispy. Topped with a red cabbage, jalapeno, cilantro,
and green onion topping. Served with crispy flour tortillas, Nestor’s
special sauce, and lemon wedges.
