Nestor’s Magically Grilled Chicken Breast Chef Nestor, aka The Chicken Whisperer, does something to grilled chicken that many have tried to emulate, but none have achieved. We think he has special powers. Pan-Seared Pork Chops Local pork chops, pan-seared and topped with a Granny Smith Apple and onion compote. Achiote Herb Pork Tenderloin Local pork tenderloin is first rubbed with a special blend of spices, pan seared, and then braised in a homemade barbecue sauce. So tender and moist, it almost hurts. Baby Back Ribs A full rack of baby back ribs are first braised and then finished on the grill for a nice, crispy exterior. Whoa. Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork Local pork shoulder, cooked low and slow for a minimum of 12 hours until it falls of the bone. Served with homemade barbecue sauce.
