Baking Discovery Workshops for 11-16 year olds
Monday 30th March to Thursday 2nd April, 4.00-6.00pm

Monday 30th March: Explore the amazing properties of cornflour &
use it to make shortbread & mini pavlova
Tuesday 31st March: Egg white and egg yolk – microwave
meringues and crème patissiere
Wednesday 1st April: The liquid and solid states of chocolate Easter eggs, modelling and piping chocolate
Thursday 2nd April:
Experiment with yeast and gluten - hot cross
buns
£20 per class or £65 for all 4. Price includes tuition, refreshments
and your creations to take home. Please book in advance if
possible. The classes can be taken stand-alone or in series.
We request parental consent and emergency contact details,
notification of any allergies and arrangements for collection or
making own way home.
Cupcake Magic for 11-16 year olds
Tuesday 7th April to Saturday 11th April
Come along to these twilight classes to boost your sugarcraft skills
and impress your friends!
Tuesday 7th April: Baking cupcakes & cookies
Wednesday 8th April: Filling & capping cupcakes & cookies
Thursday 9th April: Piping buttercream onto cupcakes
Friday 10th April: Blossoms and butterflies
Saturday 11th April: Roses & leaves
£20 per class or £80 for all 5. Price includes tuition, refreshments
and cakes made to take home. Please book in advance if possible.

Sugar Printing Service
We can print your photos onto edible sugar paper using edible ink,
for placing on your cake or cupcakes. Digital photos are best but we
can also scan in your prints.
Most file formats acceptable, eg. jpg, bmp, tif, etc.
