‘Food provenance’ means where your food comes from, it’s point of origin. By working together with local producers, regional farmers and British fishermen, who are without a doubt passionate about their food and how it is produced, we are able to offer quality dishes, demonstrated not only by taste but by their provenance. OUR SUPPLIERS Cheese Premier Cheese – We are suppliers of the finest cheeses from the United Kingdom and Europe. Using their own maturing rooms, selected cheeses can be matured longer for that extra flavour and texture not found in the standard product. We work only with the best establishments, united in our commitment to serving the finest meals to their customers. As with our first van the chefs get into the vans to see, taste and choose the products they require, helped by our knowledgeable staff. Vegetables Worcester Produce - We believe passionately in sourcing local produce and supporting the local community and, through close relationships with our nurseries and growers, we take pride in our produce. We like to keep fruit and veg simple, tasty and of the highest quality possible. We don’t supply mass produced foods imported from all over the world just because it’s cheaper; we only supply delicious handpicked produce that has been nurtured by local farmers, grown with pride and delivered to you fresh from the fields. Specialist Food Turners Fine Foods – Originally established in August 1995, the company has grown considerably over the years but we remain true to the values we had when we began. We supply a huge range of general and specialist foods to in excess of two thousand chefs and retailers. We spend a great deal of time sourcing the very best quality and building relationships with our suppliers. We are constantly striving to strike the right balance between quality and value and we will not compromise the former for the latter. Charcuterie Fish Meat Trealy Farm - We are the UK’s leading artisan charcuterie producer, blending traditional practices and innovative technology to make our products. Today we make around 40 varieties of charcuterie meats and use only Free Range, Traditional Breed animals with full and transparent traceability. Animal welfare is our highest priority and we are uncompromising in the ethics of our meat sourcing. We work with our supplier farmers in equitable partnership, because we believe that supporting them fairly helps sustainable meat production and the survival of traditional breeds. What’s most important to us is that our customers are delighted by the experience of eating our products. Charcuterie production has a natural connection to the land and the seasons, and our products are inextricably linked to the ‘terroir‘of their ingredients, making them quite unique. M & J Seafood - At M&J Seafood we’re passionate about fish, local service, and sustainability. Our BRC standards mean we can trace each and every sale of all fresh products throughout the supply chain back to where it was caught. We are totally committed to responsible sourcing and supply of the best of the world’s catch from well-managed and sustainable fisheries. We source products within UK and International regulatory guidelines, while maintaining our commitment to actively promote greater variety and under-utilised species. Aubrey Allen - We are a family business established 80 years ago by my grandfather, Mr Aubrey Allen. The business originally began as a small butcher’s shop in Coventry, and the company has evolved over the years to what it is today - one of the best known catering butchers in the Midlands and throughout the UK. We have grown through our commitment to making the best quality meat available to our customers. Our reputation has been built on our uncompromising commitment to provenance, fair trade with farmers and especially sourcing the finest Scotch beef. Our time consuming dry ageing process for beef has been perfected and we know it is the only way to develop the texture and flavor of the product. Our philosophy is to source only the most natural products, reared using the purest farming methods. Farming in this way means that the best meat is ethically produced for flavour, whilst remaining in harmony with the countryside, year in year out, and so sustaining the environment. We carefully select and inspect all of our suppliers and can trace our meat from farm to plate. ALLERGIES SOME OF OUR MENU ITEMS CONTAIN ALLERGENS. PLEASE ASK A MEMBER OF STAFF FOR MORE INFORMATION.
