NOTICE is hereby given that the Anastasia Dunes Neighborhood Association, Inc. Board of Directors will
discuss the amendment and adoption of the proposed changes to the Association's design code during the
monthly Association Board Meeting. The meeting will take plan on the bglow d5t2, tiblg 2Nd
&AU.

The proposed changes to the design code involves the increase of the minimum square footage to
the following square footage per lot classification.
2400 SF on A&B type lot
2200 SF on a C type
The board will also discuss its future committee structure during the meeting.
