We cook with ingredients bought locally and seasonally,
creating healthy, wholesome recipes. Our goal is to promote
great food choices and promote local growers, producers and
businesses who have pride in their products. We want to help
the delightful talent right on our doorstep flourish!
Bona Food Magazine is distributed around Adelaide,

from our website. Our goal is to infiltrate as many kitchens
as possible with our simple, easy recipes and whole food
