POLICIES
NEW STUDENTS
New students are welcome to try any
class. If you are new to yoga, start with
beginner level or “E1” classes. If you have
any questions, we are happy to help you
get started with a yoga practice and find a
class that is best suited to your needs and
goals.
REGISTRATION
Classes are ongoing and drop-ins are
welcome. You may reserve a space in
advance from our website. If you are more
than 10 minutes late, your space will be
given to another student. If you must cancel
your reservation, please let us know so
your space can be made available for
another student.
EQUIPMENT
The only equipment required is a yoga
mat. You may borrow a mat for $1.00. If
you continue your yoga practice, we
suggest that you purchase your own mat
and eye pillow. These and many other
helpful props are provided for use in
classes and will be available for purchase
at APYC.
CANCELLATIONS & CLOSINGS
Due to weather or unforeseen
circumstances, class cancellations or APYC
closing information may be found on the
website, Facebook page, and voicemail.

Similar to gentle yoga classes, Bones for Life (BFL)
is a program founded on the idea that “less is
more.”
It uses indirect techniques and movement to:
