HOW TO EXHIBIT AT APHS 2015?

In order to exhibit, you shall first fill out your
Booth Order Form on the “Exhibitor’s Space
2015” on the homepage of the APHS website: www.aphs15.com and validate the Exhibition
Terms and Conditions, also available on the “documents to download” section.

You will then receive an acknowledgment of
receipt recapping your order and an invoice
representing the total amount of your participation (VAT included) payable upon reception.

After reception of your full payment, you will
receive a booth location option you must validate under 48h.

You will then receive a login and password,
allowing you to fill in the forms and complete your order.
You will have the opportunity to download the
Exhibitor’s Manual on the same section. This
exhibitor platform is on the “Exhibitor’s Space
2015” in the homepage of the APHS website:

How to exhibit?
Hall E & D MARINA BAY SANDS, SINGAPORE
1- Choose your exhibitor status:
•Direct exhibitor:
You can book and occupy a specific space and
choose to accommodate one or more co-exhibitors from one or more companies.
•Co-exhibitor of another company:
You can be associated with a direct exhibitor to
present your products or services.
Registration and payment of co-exhibitor fees are
compulsory for all co-exhibitors.
•In a national pavilion:
You can exhibit with other companies from the
same country to benefit from a collective visibility.
•Within an organised group:
You join other companies from the same group
(e.g. chamber of commerce, regional group, trade
group) to benefit from the group’s reputation.
2- Who pays a security deposit?
A refundable security deposit must be paid for the
reservation of any surface area greater than 50
sqm and for pavilions.
It is intended to cover any space damage or rehabilitation costs. The refund of the deposit is made
after the accounts have been settled and the closing inventory is made by the Technical office of the
organiser.
3- Choose your option:
Double deck / mezzanine surface
If you wish to enlarge your stand without increasing your floor space, you may build an double
deck or a mezzanine. The double deck /mezzanine
should not cover more than 20% of the total floor
surface.

The APHS 2015 exhibition will be held
at the Marina Bay Sands, Singapore
The Marina Bay Sands is the biggest
Meetings, Conferences and Exhibitions spot
in Singapore. It comprises a luxurious hotel,
a convention centre, a commercial mall, a
restaurants area, a casino and a series
of leisure and entertainment features. It is
located 20mn away from the Changi Airport.
Exhibition centre:
Halls E & D comprise large aisles, a high ceiling that enables slinging, and a large number of
entrance points and accesses to conference rooms.

APHS Daily: the magazine is produced by IHS Jane’s.
