Mandated Reporter Training
for All Adult Children & Youth Workers
Mandated Reporter Training – Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse
 I understand that I am considered a mandated reporter for child abuse and that I am required to take this training so
that I am aware of my responsibilities
 After I obtain the Mandated Reporter Training on Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse, I will submit a copy of my
certificate of completion to Ebenezer BFC

1. Go to “Registration” and enter your personal information in order to create an account
2. You will be given a generated username and password, which will also be sent to you via email
3. Under “Your Courses,” click on “rrca-0572: Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse” to begin the training






An email address is required for the online training
The online course includes a video requiring Adobe Flash, which is not supported by all Apple devices, tablets, and
mobile phones. All participants are encouraged to access this online course on a desktop or laptop computer with a
reliable internet connection.
Please read the “Announcements” and “Frequently Asked Questions” before beginning your course
The course is approximately three hours long followed by a short evaluation and a certificate of completion.
You do not have to complete the course in one session. During any future visits, you will get a message asking if you
would like to resume where you left off. Please click on “Okay” to pick-up where you ended your last session.
After you have completed the training, please print your certificate and submit to Ebenezer BFC
