Uses
Sarnacol® 2152 is used on roofing waterproofing, fully adhere Sarnafil® G476
membrane and for fully adhered Sikaplan® WP 1120 membrane.

Product must be stored in dry conditions with 10°C--30°C environment, do not
expose to direct sunlight or frost. After opening of packaging, the product
should be protected against the atmospheric humidity.

Consumption
Consumption depends on the roughness and absorbency of the substrate and
is about 400g/m2~750g/m2.

Substrate Quality
The substrate must offer sufficient strength and adhesion to resist the forces
generated by wind suction. The substrate must be firm, clean, dust free, free
of stripping agents, dry.
Standing water must be dried off.

Spatula with teeth / float with teeth
Application Method
Mixing: stir part A thoroughly, then put part B into part A, stir till mixture
getting homogenously.
Application: Apply membrane on substrate, marking lines for application. Roll
up membrane. Apply the adhesive on the substrate with spatula with teeth or
float with teeth (suggested 1mm high teeth). At both sides apply less
adhesive.
Unroll Sarnafil® G476 or Sikaplan® WP1120 on to adhesive, pay attention to
the extruded adhesive on both sides and clean up timely, to avoid any
pollution to the membrane which may affect the welding.
Press membrane surface lightly to make membrane and adhesive contact
each other thoroughly.
After adhesive cured, welding can be started.

Cleaning
After application, tools and devices must be cleaned immediately with

SikaForce -7260 Cleaner. Once cured, only mechanically remove adhesives.
Hands and exposed skin should be washed immediately using Sika®
Handclean Towel or a suitable industrial hand cleaner and water.
Do not use solvent!
Curing time
Curing time depends on the temperature and humidity.
At 23ºС 50% condition curing time is around 4 hours.
Notes on Application /
Limitations
Installation work has to be carried out only by Sika trained contractor for
roofing waterproofing.

Sarnacol 2152 adopt the curing principle that mixing two parts for addition
polymerization to cure. High temperature will shorten the pot life and speed
up the curing process and low temperature will prolong the pot life and slow
the curing process.
