Mixture:~1.5 kg/ltr. Pot Life 105 min. Mix ratio 100:19 (by weight) (CQP 536-3) System information Application Details Consumption Consumption depends on the roughness and absorbency of the substrate and is about 400g/m2~750g/m2. ® Sarnacol 2152 Page 1 of 3 Product Datasheet Edition 25 March 2015 Substrate Quality The substrate must offer sufficient strength and adhesion to resist the forces generated by wind suction. The substrate must be firm, clean, dust free, free of stripping agents, dry. Standing water must be dried off. Construction Application Instructions Ambient temperature 15°C ~30°C Tools Stirrer Spatula with teeth / float with teeth Application Method Mixing: stir part A thoroughly, then put part B into part A, stir till mixture getting homogenously. Application: Apply membrane on substrate, marking lines for application. Roll up membrane. Apply the adhesive on the substrate with spatula with teeth or float with teeth (suggested 1mm high teeth). At both sides apply less adhesive. Unroll Sarnafil® G476 or Sikaplan® WP1120 on to adhesive, pay attention to the extruded adhesive on both sides and clean up timely, to avoid any pollution to the membrane which may affect the welding. Press membrane surface lightly to make membrane and adhesive contact each other thoroughly. After adhesive cured, welding can be started. Please consult Sika technical service dept. for more details. Cleaning After application, tools and devices must be cleaned immediately with ® SikaForce -7260 Cleaner. Once cured, only mechanically remove adhesives. Hands and exposed skin should be washed immediately using Sika® Handclean Towel or a suitable industrial hand cleaner and water. Do not use solvent! Curing time Curing time depends on the temperature and humidity. At 23ºС 50% condition curing time is around 4 hours. Notes on Application / Limitations Installation work has to be carried out only by Sika trained contractor for roofing waterproofing. ® Sarnacol 2152 adopt the curing principle that mixing two parts for addition polymerization to cure. High temperature will shorten the pot life and speed up the curing process and low temperature will prolong the pot life and slow the curing process. ® Sarnacol 2152 Page 2 of 3 Product Datasheet Edition 25 March 2015 Construction Important Notification The information, and, in particular, the recommendations relating to the application and end-use of Sika’s products, are given in good faith based on Sika’s current knowledge and experience of the products when properly stored, handled and applied under normal conditions.
