c. Representation relations: - represents SC AMS 2000 TRADING IMPEX SRL in the relation with
foreign suppliers, internal suppliers and customers in Hungary.

Assigments, responsabilities, decision competences, report obligations
a. Assignments:
-
Does market studies in order to identify new oportunities for introducing new products and keeps
contact with suppliers in order to expand the product range of SC AMS 2000 TRADING IMPEX
SRL
-
Collaborates with the Sales Manager to establish sales stategies for the products that is
responsible for.
-
Requests from suppliers information about the products (new technical information, new products,
changes in price range, promotional products, s.o.)
-
Contacts the suppliers to find an operative solution to complaints from clients.
-
Mantains the relationship with the suppliers through trimestrial reports and anual reports,
comunicating possible problems that occure localy and finding solutions for them.
-
Checks periodicaly the stock supply for the product lines that is responsible for and pemanently
makes sure it is in corellation with the customers’ demand level.

Prepares orders to suppliers.
-
Together with the Customer Service analyses the tender books and decides the type, quantity and
delivery time of the products.

Receives information from the medical representatives about the promoted / sold / necessary
products and also about the competition in the event of establishing and / or adapting sales
strategies.

Contacts the suppliers in order to find an operative solution to customer complaints.
-
Assures translation of promotional prospects received from suppliers in the romanian language.

Reports to the immediate hierarchical leader about the results of visits, seminaries, exhibitions.

Supports technically the medical representatives’ activity through presentations, trainnings,
discutions and visits to clients (potential and / or users).
-
Participates in promoting new products by: prepairing promotional materials and presentation
sheets for products, visits to clients, special offers, workshops, evaluating the company’s
promotional results during it.

Informs in writing the medical representatives about the products prices and their modification
when it is necessary.

Is working continually to increase their professionalism and ensures a high standard of
professionalism in achieving objectives in line with company strategy.

Provides communication and is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of providing brand
plans across all departments and subsidiaries of the company.
-
Provides an ideal framework for maintaining good relationship between management and
employees.

Promotes mutual respect, collaboration and transparency within the department, in its relations
with other departments and in relations with people outside the company.

Perform any other assignments provided by the hierarchical leader leader in achieving short –
term strategies of the company within the legal basis for compliance.

Takes responsibility for the promotional activities coordination of one’s designated brands.

Takes responsibility for all data confidentiality one has acces to.

Takes responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided to the leadership.

Takes responsibility for the accuracy of the documents prepared.

Takes responsibility for the accurate and timely fulfillment of all one’s tasks as the job description
requires.

Takes responsibility for of how one uses available resources (transport, telephone).

Takes responsibility for maintaining a favourable working climate in order to achieve tasks within
the department.

The rights of the job occupant
According to the individual labour contract and the internal rules agreement.

Replaces : Any product manager, at their request.

Is replaced by : Any product manager and customer service in case of tenders.
II.
Job requirments :
1.
Professional competence:
a. Qualification:

University education in chemistry, biology.
d. Experience:
-
minimum of 2 years in similar areas.
c. Knowledge:

Knowledge of PC operating language : Excel, Word and the WIZPRO program.
-
Knowledge of the English language. (fluently written and spoken language).
Qualities and aptitudes :

Professional level knowledge on trends in promoting brand / brands nationally and internationally.
