Products. I will not make any false claims about opportunity, products, earning & effort required building the
business.
4.
I shall not issue any written sales receipt on behalf of company.
5.
I shall not use my Ayusha Wellness Ltd. Business Group/Activities/events to promote non Ayusha Wellness Ltd.
products/services and shall not sell the same to others.
6.
I shall not change my sponsor life time.
7.
I may not repackage or otherwise change or alter any of the packaging labels of Ayusha Wellness Ltd. products.
8.
I can cancel my Ayusha Wellness Ltd. Business at any time by sending a letter to Ayusha Wellness Ltd. with a copy to
my Sponsor.
9.
I will sell Ayusha Wellness Ltd. products and/or sponsor prospective Ayusha Wellness Ltd. I.B.O within India only. I
may not export, or knowingly sell to others who exports, Ayusha Wellness Ltd. Products from India to any country.

As a Ayusha Wellness Ltd. I.B.O I am operating my own business. I shall not convey the impression or refer to myself
as employee, agent, manager or representative of Ayusha Wellness Ltd. nor use such terminology on my stationery
or other printed matter.
11.
As a I.B.O, I must conduct myself in a civilised and courteous manner while representing Ayusha Wellness Ltd.
during all Company events as well as at all Company distribution centers or offices.
12.
Reports on downline sales, organisation information are proprietary and confidential to the Ayusha Wellness Ltd.
and is made available to me in strict and complete confidence, for my own use only and such privileged information I
must not be disclosed to any third party.
13.
As a I.B.O, I shall always motivate, support and guide my downline group and shall not mislead, deceive or defraud
any of my downline.
14.
I have received and read Ayusha Wellness Ltd. policies, Prospectus & Marketing Plan and agree to abide by them

Ayusha Wellness Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any application to be a I.B.O without having to give any
explanation whatsoever.

I agree to receive all types of promotional, transactional and informational messages through sms, email & voice call

Ayusha Wellness Ltd. in its absolute discretion can take disciplinary action, up to and including termination, against
any dI.B.O who discreetly or indiscreetly violates Code of Conduct/ Rules and regulation.
18.
All disputes and differences arising between myself and Ayusha Wellness Ltd. shall be subject to the dispute
resolution clause specified in the company policy.
19.
Any dispute arise are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Delhi (India).
20.
Ayusha Wellness Ltd. can change any rules and regulations at any time.
21.
I will full fill KYC documentation as per Indian Govt. Rule.
