Corny has moved to Chilliwack and has requested a transfer
of membership to Central Community Church.
Engaging the Bible, 2015
Are you reading? Are you reflecting on scripture daily? Are
we all living it out? It’s our ongoing challenge. As well as
reading, studying, memorizing and hearing it preached …
now you can watch it! Tune in to watch the Bible as
portrayed in A.D. The Bible continues, Sundays at 9:00
pm on NBC. Also you can watch episodes on computer,
http://www.nbc.com/ad-the-bible-continue or on You
Version Bible App. Twelve episodes based on the New
Testament.

MB Herald Changes
Tuesday, June 9, 2015 in the Chapel at Tabor Court. The
business session is from 7:00 to 8:00 pm; reception from 8:00
to 8:30 pm. There will be one resolution presented to deal with
the Board’s authorization to borrow money. All Bakerview
church members are members of Tabor Home Society.
The goal of the Canadian conference is to build a
communications strategy that is increasingly mission-focused,
strengthens partnerships with provincial conferences and
reaches as broad an audience as possible. Sensing a call to
communicate in new ways, conference leadership has
announced that, as of December 2015, the MB Herald will be
replaced by a new print initiative that will be developed with our
provincial and national ministry partners to rally churches around
our mission to “multiply Christ-centered churches to see Canada
transformed by the good news of Jesus Christ.” Therefore the
Herald, and subsequent magazine, will operate on a bimonthly
production schedule beginning this summer.
