Leaving Early Deposit: Vendor booths must be fully operational throughout the posted event hours. No
vendor will shut down, tear down or leave earlier than set times indicated on the contract. Any vendor
that does so will be charged a non-negotiable fee of $250. Please provide valid credit card information
below. Your card will only be charged in the event that you leave early. Please note that prepaid credit
cards will not be accepted.

EXHIBITOR LOAD-IN AND STRIKE SCHEDULE
A full load-in and strike schedule will be provided to all exhibitors closer to the Festival. Due to the size
and nature of the show, each exhibitor will be assigned a load-in time.
Note: Load-in will take place on Thursday, June 18th and Friday, June 19th, 2015. A load-in time will be
assigned to you however requests can be made to Festival Management – [email protected] – prior
to June 1st, 2015.
Note: Strike/load-out will take place on Sunday, June 21st after 8pm.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
CONFIRMATION
Upon receipt of a fully executed Beer Vendor Application, you will receive a phone call or email
confirming your payment and entry. Full payment must be remitted by May 1st, 2015. Nonreceipt of full payment by May 1st, 2015 will be deemed as evidence of cancellation and your
booth may be sold to a vendor on the waiting list.
CANCELLATIONS
Exhibitors may cancel by giving written notice to Beerlicious Inc. prior to May 15th, 2015. There are no
refunds for a cancellation. Any vendor that does not comply fully with the attached Event Policies and
Regulations will immediately have their vendor privileges revoked without a refund.

SAMPLING
All promotional marketing and merchandise sales onsite have to comply with Ontario legislation, and are
subject to approval by Event Management. This includes any type of product sales, complimentary
sampling, merchandise giveaways, contesting, material hand-outs and all other marketing activities. No
credit card information may be collected at the Beach BBQ & Brews Festival, or at any time
during the three days of the Beach BBQ & Brews Festival, except for the use of onsite
purchases. This must also be approved by Beerlicious Inc. The promotion and sales of your
product or service cannot inhibit the ability of other vendors to conduct business, nor may it mislead
patrons, threaten patron safety, or otherwise detract from the reputation of the Event.
BOOTH DIAGRAM
Vendors are required to submit a detailed diagram of their booth set-up for the festival. Diagrams must
include dimensions of all equipment within the booth. Vendor booths may not exceed a 10’ x 10’ footprint
unless previously discussed with Festival Management. Your booth set-up is subject to final approval by
Festival Management.
INDEMNIFICATION
Beach BBQ & Brews Festival and Beerlicious Inc, its Officers and Directors, its sponsors, and/or the host
facility shall not be responsible for injury. Loss, expense or damage to persons, goods, equipment or
decorations, caused by accident, or any other cause, either directly or indirectly, during load-in and loadout preparations (June 17-21st, 2015) or during the Event’s scheduled duration (June 19-21, 2015). This
applies to any injury, loss or damage to persons, goods, equipment or decorations which occurs during
transportation of goods, and/or other cause beyond the control of Event Management, who shall be in no
way whatsoever liable.

EVENT POLICIES & REGULATIONS
Policies & Regulations
Vendors may not share exhibitor space, without expressed written consent of Management.
No Craft Vendors may dispense alcohol at any time.
Craft Vendors are not allowed to sell pop, water, food or beverage items.
All promotional items to be given away at the event must be pre-approved by Event
Management (i.e. noisemakers of any kind will not be accepted as promotional giveaways).
All vendors must abide by all local health, safety, alcohol and fire regulations applicable to
their booth at their own cost.
A minimum of two (2) staff members must be present at each vendor booth at all times.
All vendors must submit a complete diagram of their booth set-up with all dimensions
included. This set-up will be subject to the approval of Festival management.
All vendors must maintain their booths in a respectable order and all accumulated trash
must be bagged for pick up throughout the event.
Vendor booths must be fully operational throughout all the posted hours of the event. Any
vendor caught tearing down or leaving earlier than times indicated on the contract will be
assessed a non-negotiable flat fee of $250.
Event Management’s posted load-in, set-up and load-out times must be adhered to without
exception.
Booth area must be left tidy, with nothing left behind for Event Management to Clean Up.
Any damages caused to the park by Craft Vendor is subject to a Damage Fine of up to
$300.00
Lost, stolen or damaged Beach BBQ & Brews Festival property will be charged back the
vendor.
All vendors must have proper liability insurance in the amount of two million dollars
($2,000,000) for participation in the 2015 Beach BBQ & Brews Festival and must name the
Beach BBQ & Brews Festival, Beerlicious Inc and the City of Toronto as “additional insured”
for the duration of the festival including loading days. (June 17 – June 21, 2015)

A SIGNED VENDOR APPLICATION ACKNOWLEDGES THE ABOVE TO BE CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT.
The registrant by the execution of this document by its authorized representatives accepts the terms and
conditions as set out and agrees to ensure compliance by its employees, agents or representatives
participating in the 2015 Beach BBQ & Brews Festival. The registrant further releases the Beach BBQ &
Brews Festival and Beerlicious Inc, it’s Officers and Directors, and its Sponsors from any liability arising
out of participation in the 2015 Beach BBQ & Brews Festival and operation of the vendor of the
registrant.
