Cash ________ CK # ____________ Amount ________Entered by_______ Tips for getting maximum exposure at the Business Expo Meet Deadlines: Meeting the deadline will not only save you money, but will give you better placement at the expo and avoid last minute hassles. Set up Early: Setting up early gives you the freedom to respond to last minute details, such as a forgotten items. Setting up early also gives you the freedom to make sure everything looks good. Plan Your Booth: Information or images that you want people to see should be placed at or near eye level and print should be dark enough for people to read at a distance. Get creative. With other businesses competing for attention anything you can do to attract expo-goers will help your business. Manning your Booth: You will want to make sure that you have the right people manning your booth. It takes a special person to work an expo. They will be there for several hours and will need to be outgoing, communicative, friendly and smart. They will need to be well versed in the product or company so that they are able to answer questions in a way that accurately represents your business. They need to be dedicated to the product that you are presenting. Being Memorable: Distinguishing yourself in a room full or business can be difficult. Games, trivia, puzzles and GIVEAWAYS can be helpful. Possibly offer a door prize to be drawn later as a way to entice people to visit your booth. Reconnect With Existing Clients: Use the expo as a way to connect or show appreciation to current clients. Invite them to the expo and possibly offer them a special thank you giveaway for stopping by your booth and there current support of you. Connect With Other Expo Vendors. Use the expo to meet other businesses and network. They can learn about your business while you learn new things about theirs. You never know what kind of connections you will make! Hopefully these tips are helpful to you so that your booth and the Community Expo can be a HUGE success.
