SET UP INSTRUCTIONS: Street fair will be located on Second St. between Erie St. and Marin Blvd., Jersey City NJ. Sign
in at the Registration Booth located adjacent the main stage (Second St. & Manila Ave.). Space locations will be assigned
on a first come, first serve basis if you have not pre-paid. Vendors may set up on day of event as early as 9 am and must
breakdown no later than 8:30 pm. Each vendor is to provide their own Tables and Chairs. 10’x 10’ tent/canopy is
permitted (no fee). You will be charged per 10’ x 10‘ space. Free Parking will be provided, inquire at Registration Booth.
DETAILS: The sale of live animals such as pets, goldfish, birds, etc. is not permitted. The sale of “Silly String” or similar
products are prohibited for sale by the City Ordinance. Pre-prepared or packaged food items such pastries, cookies, ice
cream, cold food, snacks, soda, water, etc.,are permitted. Sale of alcoholic beverages is not permitted. All contents of
bottled drinks must be served in plastic/paper/styrofoam cups. Cold food vendors are strictly prohibited to have open
flames.

release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against CAM, The Parish of the Resurrection, PACCAL, the City of Jersey City, their
representatives,successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. Further,I hereby grant full permission to CAM, PACCAL
or authorized agents to use any photographs, videos, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTOOD THE ABOVE HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT.
