REF.:- NHQ Circular No. 24/2015, dated: 12th March, 2015 & other Reminders. Dear Sir/Madam, We are sorry to inform you that response from the States towards this programme is not satisfactory. This is one of the WAGGGS initiative for which funds are sponsored by WAGGGS. Hence it is a prestigious event of the Bharat Scouts & Guides which will be one of our visibilities. The dates of the event are from 05th to 10th May, 2015 at NYC, Gadpuri, Haryana and date of the reporting is 04th May, 2015 before Dinner and the departure date from the venue is 10th May, 2015 after lunch. The quota allotted to the State are 01 Rover or 01 Ranger and SOC(G) or STC(G) i.e. two participants from each State. Please ensure participation from your state. The applications of each participant duly recommended and forwarded by the State should reach the National Headquarters not later than 21st April, 2015. You may advise the participants to book their train tickets well in advance. Travelling expenses will be paid to each participant as per National Headquarters norms on production of original train ticket or bus ticket.
